As early as 1993, it organized the very first Coffee Route, which became the Transat Jacques Vabre. Our project clings to this nautical culture: we are creating a place open to the city and the sea that will attract the finest sailing and gliding professionals and, in its wake, amateurs, families and students in search of emotions, spectacle and activity in the open air and in the breeze. <\/p>\n<p>Our project will provide them with immediate and easy access, almost turnkey, to the water in all its diversity.
